Finally trekked it to the north side to try one of Melbourne's best brunch places. A classic Fitzroy icon, it was a very busy Saturday morning, with a ~15 minute wait, but it was worth it. The food was great, a bit on the pricey side, but definitely go at least once (or more if you're a local)!

Ice Mocha
This is the best presentation mocha I have had. You get to choose how
much coffee and chocolate you want to mix into the ice-cream and milk.
I just put all of both in, but tasted in between for the right balance. Definitely
a great way to accommodate everyone's individual taste buds. |

Fresh Juice
Was more like a flavoured water,
but still bold flavours. Really cool and refreshing. |

Green papaya & peanut crusted egg - $21 (+ blue swimmer crab - $6)
Steep price for size and definitely can't say it is a filling meal with majority
of it being water. The salad was really light and fresh with a lovely
sweet and tangy asian dressing. The peanut eggs were soft boiled, the way
I like, but I wasn't a fan of the crust, was like a son in law, but I prefer scotch.
The crab was also not treated well, being chopped up into tiny pieces you had
to search for rather than a single generous serving. |

Coffee Rubbed Wagyu Burger - $23 (+ polenta chips $4)
Lovely coffee flavour, the buns were soft and sweet, the patty
was moist and still pink on the inside. I loved the polenta chips,
really crispy and light, and went well with the mayo. The little
quinoa salad on the side was also delightful. |
