Review: Pink Flamingo

Sister store of Paper Planes Cafe, just a few streets down in Parramatta. I went here when it newly opened. I love the inside decor, really makes you feel like you are in a lush island jungle, with the high ceiling, natural timbers and greenery. The staff were really nice, food cheap, but menu limited. Their menu definitely has changed though from when it first opened and includes a few Paper Planes classics so go check it out!

Breakfast Fried Rice
Lovely sweet fried black rice with a sunny side up egg and my favourite
sweet pork sausages. A true homage to Chinese cooking with a little
modern salsa twist.

Breakfast Burger w/ hash brown
Simple, cheap and classic brekky burger, with bacon, egg, cheese,
avo and a rich chutney. Plus pickles on the side
