Review: The Ormond Ice Creamery

A newly opened ice creamery in Ormond. Opening last summer, just in time for the ice cream rush, boasting a great range of gelati, sorbets, frozen yoghurts and more! The owner is super friendly and nice, he was really patient as we sampled flavours and tried to make up our mind.

Left: Rocher Shake - $6.50
Quite runny in consistency, but great flavour and size.
Right: Fruit of Forest Frozen Yoghurt (bottom), Banana (top)
Lovely smooth frozen yoghurt and gelato. Loved the tartness of the
yoghurt, and the ripples of fresh berry flavours.
The banana flavour was really natural, without that artificial yellow colour.

Top: Pistachio
Mild in flaovur, not the best pistachio I've had, but again great texture.
Left: Lemon Sorbet
Quite tart, great for those with less of a sweet tooth
Right: Mango
Really creamy and light mango flavour, I prefer my flavours stronger,
but it was very natural.
