Review: Kwan's Table

Kwan's Table is a new Thai restaurant & cafe open in St Kilda. It's a really cute, small venue with lovely staff. Being a new restaurant there is obviously more room to expand. Currently their menu is size and prices are definitely worth it. I hope as their menu expands they retain the same value for money.

Soft Shell Crab Burger - $13.50
Could up the meal with some sides. Otherwise great price and great
flavour combinations with the crab cooked well.
Chicken Green Curry w/ rice - $15
Classic green curry, not too hot. A good variety of vegetables and
great serving size.
Masman Lamb Curry - $15
Lovely sweeter massaman and really creamy sauce.
The lamb was really tender and I liked the variety of sweet potato and potatoes.
The little salad added nice freshness and the rice was cooked well.
Thai Five Spiced Pork Belly - $15
Braised well, tender and moist. However, the meat had a higher
proportion of fat than meat. The sauce and vegetables were really nice.
Thai BBQ glazed pork neck - $15
Loved the barbeque flavour. Being neck, the meat was a bit more
though, but really flavoursome and the jim jeaw dressing added more
moisture.
