A quaint little cafe in Carnegie, that I never really considered to be a top brunch place, but just another instance of "don't judge a book by it's cover". The staff are super friendly, they have plenty of indoor and outdoor (courtyard) seating and serve both lunch and breakfast options. I went here on two occasions, in 2016 and 2017, and have combined the review here.

Cookies & Cream Milkshake - $6.50 |
Espresso Milkshake - $5.50 |
Middle Eastern Chicken Salad - $18 With zaatar spiced chicken, feta, quinoa, chickpeas, pomegranate and greens with a yoghurt dressing. Super tasty, was a summer special I believe. Though it may still be available (the zomato menu is out of date) |
Beef burger - $17.90 With thick cut fries and ketchup. A classic cheeseburger with a beef patty, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. |
Matcha Latte Lovely mild flavour with sugar already added |
Potato Hash with smoked salmon, poached eggs, smashed avocado and some tartare like sauce. |
Potato Croquettes Another special menu item. This dish was really quite small and not worth the price. 3 croquettes with some smashed avo containing corn and cheese with a base of some sort of creme fraiche. |
Persian Waffles 2 Belgian waffles with rose turkish delight, some fresh berries, strawberry ice-cream, berry sauce and persian fairy floss. Although a very pretty dish this was quite overly sweet. I would have preferred some more fresh fruit to cut through the sweetness and they could've cut the sauce or turkish delight. |
