Finally! My first post in 2 weeks. Sorry the exam hiatus, but now I have freedom to eat and write more!

Prana Chai Tea Latte - $4.50 This is the best chai tea I have had. The consistency was between a chai latte and normal tea, which made for a creamy cup but wasn't too bloating on the stomach. The serving size easily made for 2 cups and the flavour was great. |
Mork Hot Chocolate - $4 This hot chocolate wasn't anything special. Could've been a bit stronger on flavour. |
Slow Cooked Lamb Brioche Sandwich - $14 Firstly the brioche bread was to die for. It was nice toasted but at the same time still really soft to cut into and full of that buttery flavour goodness. The filling of lamb, beetroot and sauce tasted good, however, the ratio of filling to bread was off. The lamb was tender and the beetroot sweet, but could've have done with more aioli to moisten up the sandwich. |
House Smoked Salmon - $19 I loved this dish. The salmon was cooked and smoked well. Although the smokey flavour wasn't anything unique it still tasted great. The serving size was a bit small, with only 1 slice of toast, but it still filled me up. I loved the dukkah, it had a strong pistachio flavour and complimented the salmon well, just couldn't done with more! The only thing I didn't particularly like about the dish was the acidity of the pickled beetroot. |
